At the VMC, we maintain a high nursing staff-to-patient ratio so that your pet's medical needs are met and we have the time to give additional TLC so important for a speedy recovery.

If your pet should ever need to see one of our specialists, there are a few things you should know:
  • Patients are seen on referral basis only. Your regular veterinarian will contact us with referral information prior to scheduling an appointment for a consult.
  • Your pet will be examined, and the doctor will discuss options for diagnosis and treatment. If hospitalization or further diagnostics are warranted, you will be provided with an estimate, and our staff will answer any questions you may have.
  • We can not bill for services. Payment must be made at time services are rendered. We require a 75% deposit of the higher end of the estimate. We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit.
  • Your pet will receive all the TLC we would give our own pets. We understand that you are entrusting us with your best friend and we are honored to be chosen to provide care for your pet.
  • Feel free to request a tour of our hospital or call to arrange a visit with your pet while he or she is hospitalized.
  • Hospitalization can be stressful on a pet. Our staff is well trained to identify and address pain in our patients. We believe strongly that pain management and stress reduction is key to successful recovery. Our goal is to keep your pet as comfortable and secure as possible.
