Anesthesia meeting a success
On Thursday, March 31st, the VMC together with Pfizer Animal Health presented "Advances in Anesthesia and Pain Management" The meeting was held at the Wyndham Hotel in Syracuse. Andrea Looney, DVM, DACVA was the speaker. Dr. Looney is a nationally recognized leader in anesthesiology and progressive pain management in animals. The meeting was very well attended by local veterinarians and technical staff with approximately 130 attendees from 39 Central New York veterinary hospitals. With the presentation of practical, concrete information about new drugs and methods of administering safe and effective anesthetics and pain control, the pets of Central New York will surely reap the benefits of this meeting.
