Casey Budgeon, DVM

Surgical Residency Trained, University of Wisconsin

Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Budgeon fulfilled a long-standing goal of a second career in veterinary medicine when he graduated from Ross University with highest honors in 2012.  He completed a rotating internship at Cornell University, then a surgical internship at Mission Vet in San Antonio. Dr. Budgeon then completed three-year residency in small animal surgery at the University of Wisconsin where he gained experience in minimally invasive surgery.  His special interests include minimally invasive surgeries (MIS) such as laparoscopy, thoracoscopy and arthroscopy.  He is excited to help expand this discipline in Central New York.

When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Tamara and their two boys.  They all enjoy taking the two family dogs on hikes and  spending as much time outside as possible.
